The top layer of the apple pie was a thick syrup-like coating. I barley tasted the apples.

Wow, what a surprise. Taromina pulls a monster score of 8.5! The crust was great, not too thick but not too soft. The apples had a subtle sweetness to it which was a perfect touch.

I was told this was Apple pie, not quite, more like apple cake. Pass.

This off the beaten path cafe has one of the best apple pie I've had in years. The pie came out at the perfect warm temperature. Not too hot but not too cold. The crust had an amazing flavor while the filling was top notch. Not a big fan of raisins, but overall, worth a visit.
