Phenomenal consistency with solid top crust. The bottom and side crusts were a bit thin and paper like.

This off the beaten path cafe has one of the best apple pie I've had in years. The pie came out at the perfect warm temperature. Not too hot but not too cold. The crust had an amazing flavor while the filling was top notch. Not a big fan of raisins, but overall, worth a visit.
